资金账簿印花税每年都交吗?
资金账簿是按账簿中的“实收资本”和“资本公积”合计数为计税依据缴纳印花税的。在上一次缴纳印花税后,如果“实收资本”和“资本公积”合计数增加了,按增加的数额缴纳,没有增加,就不用缴纳印花税。
资金账簿印花税每年缴纳多少?
1、公司成立建账时,记载资金的帐簿要按实收资本和资本公积的万分之五交纳印花税.
2、应缴印花税=10000万*0.05%=5万元.
3、以后实收资本、资本公积没有变动时,不用再交印花税.
4、只有实收资本和资本公积增加时,再按增加额的万分之五计算缴纳印花税.
印花税计税方法:
1、印花税以应纳税凭证所记载的金额、费用、收入额和凭证的件数为计税依据,按照适用税率或者税额标准计算应纳税额.
2、应纳税额计算公式:
应纳税额=应纳税凭证记载的金额(费用、收入额)×适用税率.
应纳数额=应纳税凭证的件数×适用税额标准.
资金账簿印花税减免优惠政策
根据《财政部税务总局关于对营业账簿减免印花税的通知》(财税〔2018〕50号)规定,自2018年5月1日起,对按万分之五税率贴花的资金账簿减半征收印花税,对按件贴花五元的其他账簿免征印花税。
